Quartermile Development, Edinburgh

Overview

Masterplanned by architects Foster + Partners, the scheme brings together residential apartments, office space, hotels, leisure and retail space.

Quartermile contains more than 900 apartments, 30,000 square metres (320,000 sq ft) of Grade A office accommodation, 10,000 square metres (110,000 sq ft) of retail and leisure space and 7 acres (2.8 ha) of open landscaping

Our Work

This was a large project spanning a number of years from 2010 - 2017. We installed the mastic package to the external facade of the buildings. This consisted all SG Screens, Structural Glass corners, Structural Sealant to Glass Balustrades, Glass to Glass sealant and perimeters of all CW and Windows and Doors. We also carried out the Structural Bonding of the Kawneer concealed vents and external structural glass balustrades for Charles Henshaw & Sons through our sister company Structural Bonding Solutions Ltd
